Ahh, My Angel, My Boy...
So, those of you who don't read my gaia journals, I'll fill you in a little. the 12th was my 16th birthday and it was a very melancholy day for me. I actually ended up crying twice that day for a period of time. Reminiscing on better days and happy times, both with my Love, and without (because my eldest brother called me and was talking about how I've grown so much and how it used to be... Which made me want to cry...), and at about 1:30, I was looking through my binder of drawings, and I went to the back and saw this picture. Well, okay, it was a photo originally. But I love this picture so much, his Eyes are So Big and Shining and Beautiful, his Lips are Shaped to Perfection, his Hair Gracefully Flowing Down His Head.....Am I ever jealous of his Beauty. :3 Anyway, I got the sudden feeling that I wanted to draw him. So, I kept m binder open to this page and started copying. Yes, sorry to say, it's just a copy (though, NOT A TRACE! )
Also......You'll notice the majority of this picture is Black. So I noticed as well. I used approx. 3 graphite stick-thingys on this picture alone. AND I had to break often while coloring it in, because my hand would get so tired and sore. And I had to be super-careful, because I wanted NOTHING to get on his face. But, it was all worth it.
And yeah...I'm actually going to start working on another picture, but not a photo or anything like that....A song actually inspired me to do that one. This one, however, I had a lot of songs on my mind when drawing this. One that I thought would go well, is 'Beauty and the Beast'. Now, We (He and I) and we (The rest of you and I) could argue forever about who's the Beauty and who's the Beast. But, just looking at this you'd think he was the Beauty, yes? (Then again...Most of my watchers are boys, so this may not be necessary...) Anyway, I'll just give my opinion, He's The Beauty, By Far and Forever. And I'll put lyrics up of the song.
